The Department of Marine Biology is the first department in the Faculty of Marine Sciences. Established in 1395AH (1975) as a Marine Science Department in the Faculty of Science, it developed into Marine Biology Department in the year 1398 AH (1978).  A large number of students have graduated from the department armed with knowledge to serve the nation and have occupied several important positions.... more details .
